Question concerning Conductive Polymers

What is thedifference between "Inherently Conductive Polymers" ICP verses Electriplast?  I researching these two competitors, I noticed that both are conductive plastic options.  However, it seems that Electriplast is priced much more competitively than ICP's.  Why is this?
